[Deck Profile] Triple xXx - Or only two sabers

Ooooooh...look at this, Lord Bunilla is visiting X-Sabers!! :3

I am planning on serveral decks to build and X-Sabers is one of them as the format where we are in allows us to play decks like this. X-Saber of course is a rather old but strong deck that went untouched over the years (it got their Rescue Cat and Cold Wave banned and was then overshadowed by Infernity/Frogs and later Six Samurai) and is here to fuck up the format (probably together with Blackwings).

The question is: Why would you want to run a deck like this if you can Dragon Ruler if that is mostly directly better? Because X-Saber is cool and you have no life and should overthink your decisions....oh wait, I'm sorry I felt like being on an internet forum again. The reason is, it is probably not the best deck if everything is like last format being herp derp, but as soon as the format slows down because people start to play slower decks, then X-Saber is a way to go. Sounds silly? Well then shut the fuck up...I mean, you're right, but what else are we gonna do, right?

Let's talk about the monsters! Boggart Knight is used to summon any X-Saber from your hand (what a weak card, he doesn't even summon it from the deck like todays decks do) and cannot be used for a Synchro Summon except for an X-Saber one. Of course, XX-Sabers are X-Sabers, so don't worry if you actually thought that. We will forgive you. Maybe. Anyway, you use that to summon anything from your hand, going from Fulhelm/Pashuul for a Synchro Summon of Souza/Hyunlei respective, summon a Boggart Knight for a Xyz summon, summon Ragigura to get back an X-Saber from your grave (Faultroll is always nice) or summon anything, if you have Faultroll in your hand to summon back a Tuner from your grave. So this is already a bunch of options regarding this card.

Faultroll is a the big monster in here. The more you get, the better you will be. He can be summoned from your hand if you have 2 or more X-Sabers on your side of the field. This is as stated above with Boggart Knight, but also with Reinforce Truth, Gottoms Emergency Call and in specific situations also Fulhelmknight and a set Pashuul a very easy thing to do. Use Faultroll to summon back anything you need from your Graveyard and set up any play you need right now. With Pashuul he can summon Crimson Blader to help you go throught the Dragons match-up. He is also capable of doing a hand loop. You need to summon him (with Fulhelmknight or Pashuul on your field) and summon a Ragigura which gets back a Faultroll from your grave. Now you can special summon said Faultroll and then Synchro summon Gottoms using the other Faultroll or other cards if you have more on the field. Tribute your Ragigura for the first card and then use the newly summoned Faultroll to get that Faultroll back. Special Summon Faultroll, tribute the other Faultroll and Ragigura for 2 more cards, Special Summon Ragigura and so forth. This also helps if your opponent used Maxx "C". You will win if your opponent doesn't play/doesn't know how to play/have Effect Veiler to stop the loop. (Especially if they Veiler Gottoms. It may stop the hand discarding, but it won't stop the loop as Gottoms can still tribute them for the activation of his effect.)

These are the combo monsters. Darksoul, Fulhelmknight, Pashuul and Emmersblade just help those combos and can be used to get (back) stuff you need right now or to stall. Remember that there are serveral ways to summon Naturia Beast/Barkion:

- Summon Fulhelmknight, attack into a defense monster and get back Darksoul/Emmersblade
- Set Emmersblade, let it get destroyed by battle and summon Tuner/non-Tuner depending on what you have in your hand (Fulhelmknight can negate an attack which helps alot)
- Set Pashuul and stall until the next turn and summon Darksoul/Emmersblade
- Gottoms Emergency Call

Just to give a few examples.

Onwards to thy spells my fellow hero that you will be using to slay the dragon! Generic. Staples. Yeah. RotA gets Fulhelmknight/Pashuul. Done.

Gottoms Emergency Call is a tricky card. It can get you anything you want to set up any play you desire to do. BUT. It can also used against you. Gottoms Emergency Call asks for an X-Saber on the field and Special Summons X-Sabers from either Graveyard. So keep that in mind, if X-Saber ever gets attention at bigger events.

Trap Stun is used mainly to get your Hyunlei plays throught as Hyunlei is a big player in this format due to Storm gone.

Reinforce Truth should be used during your opponents turn to summon Pashuul to stall and to bypass the "You cannot conduct your Battle Phase during the turn you activate this card" clause.

Other than that I really love how this deck works. It gives you sooooooooooooo-oooooooooooooooooo-ooooooooooooooooooo (Now you read that in your head in the same voice as that women in Little Britain) (Now you mention that the previous sentence can be both past and present, talking about Schrödingers Cat) (Now you think how awesome X-Saber is. Obey you filthy human...I mean play this deck, it's fun and strong) oooooooooooooo many possibilities.
