[Deck Profile] T.G. Beat

...or also called T.G. HERO.
Since I've got so many requests about this one I've decided to present it a little bit sooner than expected. As mentioned before, this is my favorite T.G. Deck but it's by far not the best. I don't exactly know how to explain why it is my favorite one... maybe the reason is because this was my first T.G. Deck I've ever played but as for how it is now, I can't seem to be satisfied with this explanation. As always first the Decklist:

Monster (13):
1x E HERO Stratos
3x E HERO Another Neos
3x T.G. Striker
3x T.G. Rush Rhino
3x T.G. Warwulf

1x Reinforcement of the Army
1x Pot of Duality
3x Gemini Spark
1x Monster Reborn
1x Dark Hole
1x Heavy Storm
2x Mystical Space Typhoon

3x Hero Blast
2x Horn of the Phantom Beast
2x Bottomless Trap Hole
3x Dimensional Prison
1x Mirror Force
1x Torrential Tribute
1x Solemn Judgment
2x Solemn Warning

1x Naturia Beast
1x A.O.J. Catastor
1x T.G. Hyper Librarian
2x T.G. Wonder Magician
2x T.G. Power Gladiator
1x Naturia Barkion
1x Brionac Dragon
1x Orient Dragon
1x Black Rose Dragon
1x Stardust Dragon
1x Scrap Dragon
1x Trishula Dragon
1x Mist Wurm

While most of the T.G. Decks make total use of their Monster Effects in order to gain advantage (for instance Swarming or intentionally destroying for gaining the search effect or abusing the Beast-Warrior/Beast Types) this Deck is mostly a Hybrid out of two Anti-Decks. Originally had the purpose in making as much plus as possible by getting extra Hand Cards (which normally proves to be the main weakness of Anti Decks) this Deck uses the Gemini/Hero Cards of regaining hand cards while the T.G. Cards have the potential in evening the Hand Size whenever they get destroyed. So, overall you can call this Deck capable in making up for it's speed by not losing the Hand too soon in the game. While doing so, it can also clean the opponents field, replacing the T.G. Spell/Traps which were good in the last Format with the more flexible Hero Cards.
Also, this is another T.G. Deck which does not rely too much on Pot of Duality, which makes it one of the T.G. Decks with a more stable curve. It also has the option of running BLS, but because BLS also tends to become a real Death Draw in this Deck I suggest not to do so, even though the Extra Deck provides enough materials to the 3Lights/3Darks in the Main Deck. Another optional Card would be Pot of Avarice. It's a difficult decision people have to make here, it strongly depends on the Local Meta rather it makes sense or not.
Now let's head over to the Deck Scoring:

The Deck overall has no Top Scores. However it proved to be strong in Attacking, Defending as well as Stalling. The offence is mostly thanks to the Hero Components which enables fast cleaning and direct attacking. Their additional Spell/Trap Support also are partly responsible for a possible Stall Game. While T.G. Are strong with stalling as well they can also boost the Control of a Deck. This makes this Deck as already said, pretty stable.

However, due to it's low Speed and Swarming capabilities it is not recommended for match ups against Decks which are strong in those disciplines. So in other words, I do not recommend to play this Deck in places with a lot of Agent Decks. It's also not the strongest deck against Sworn. And Six Samurai also always seem to be a problem for this Deck to handle. Even so, it still has most of the time a winning rate of about 50% against those mentioned Meta Decks.

The main reason is because you have enough cards in this Deck for counter attacking. Most of the time they are forced to decide in stopping one card where you can chain another card to compensate the damage caused by them.
This Deck's cards are, to keep it short, good for chaining, while some T.G. Decks fail to do, this Deck's Backrow is more flexible.

Well, that's about it for T.G. HERO, there will be more T.G. next week. Since I've uploaded this Deck earlier than expected this week, I might as well make a little bonus in the next few days and present yet another Deck... which one has still yet to be decided.
